New Delhi: The apex court will hear two petitions against former Telecom Minister A Raja in the 2G spectrum scam case on Monday.
The court will hear a petition filed by noted lawyer Prashant Bhushan on the CAG report which relates to the licenses that were issued to ineligible companies at 2001 prices.
The court is also expected to decide on Janta Party leader Subramanian Swamy's petition on whether the PM's nod is needed to prosecute Raja.
Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy had sought the court's intervention on grounds that his application before the PM seeking his sanction to prosecute Raja for corruption was pending for the past two years.
The petitioner had told the court that there is no need for the PM's nod since Raja has resigned as a minister.
