New Delhi: Parkash Singh Badal government in Punjab on Monday shifted seven officials, including five IAS- cadre officers, in the state with immediate effect.
The services of Sarvesh Kaushal, Principal Secretary, School Education has been place at the disposal of Department of Social Security Women and Children Development for appointment as Member Secretary, State Women Commission relieving Indu Mishra of the additional charge, PTI quoted an official spokesman in Chandigarh.
Karan Bir Singh Sidhu Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayats has has been transferred as Secretary, School Education.
Satish Chandra, Secretary, Planing and Special Economic Package and in addition Secretary, Coordination becomes Secretary, Planning and Special Economic Package and in addition Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayats.
Harjit Inder Singh Grewal, Special Secretary, Transport, becomes Deputy Commissioner (DC) of S A S Nagar in place of Tejveer Singh who goes as Joint Development Commissioner in place of Dharamjit Singh Grewal.
The Punjab Civil Service (PCS) officers transferred are Kulbir Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Jalandhar who goes as ADC Nawanshahr against a vacant post.
Vinay Bublani under transfer as Joint Direct (Administration) becomes ADC Jalandhar.
