BANGALORE: Governor HR Bharadwaj visited the Command Hospital on occasion of the 79th Air Force Day celebrations here on Saturday. “I am very pleased to be here for the second year in a row and it is a matter of pride that the hospital will soon have a state-of-the-art Trauma Care Centre which will serve all trauma victims,” the Governor said after visiting the casualty, cancer and trauma wards and interacting with the patients there. The Governor later addressed the assembled Air Force staff and commended the Hospital for its performance. The Air Force personnel at the Headquarters Training Command took a pledge to rededicate themselves to uphold the Constitution and safeguard the independence of the country. Earlier in the day, the Governor Bhardwaj was received by Air Marshal Dhiraj Kukreja, Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, Indian Air Force and Air Vice Marshal Anil Behl, Commandant of the hospital.
