Srinagar: Air service to and from Srinagar resumed on Wednesday after remaining suspended for two days in the wake of record snowfall in Kashmir valley.
All incoming and outgoing flights between Delhi and Srinagar and Jammu and Srinagar resumed on Wednesday, official sources said.
The flights to and from Srinagar remained suspended on Monday and Tuesday following a record 89.0 mm of snowfall in
the Kashmir valley.
However, Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, the only surface link between Kashmir valley and rest of the country remained blocked for the fourth consecutive day on Wednesday owing to landslides at different places including Panthal, the worst portion of the road, the sources said.
