Ashutosh Rana has been nominated in two categories for the Star Parivaar awards - for best actor in a negative role and best dressed actor. He was all geared to leave for Macau and decided to do some last minute shopping at a mall in Andheri.
Once at home Ashutosh received a phone call from the police station informing him that that they have found a bag with few of his official papers and pictures. When Ashutosh reached the police station he was disappointed to not find his passport and foreign currency in the bag. Ashutosh says, “It was a strange incident. Neither do I nor my driver knew when the bag was flicked from the car. And the thieves also chose to rob my passport along with the foreign currency.” He adds, “I am disappointed as I can not attend the awards event. And also will have to get a new passport as soon as possible.”
