Civil Aviation Minister Naidu Reviews Delhi Airport Operations After T1 Roof Collapse
Civil Aviation Minister Naidu advised all the stakeholders to prioritize passenger safety at IGI airport.

Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu visited the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) at Indira Gandhi International Airport following the roof collapse at Terminal One (T1) which claimed the life of one person.

Naidu reviewed the situation and passenger handling at the Delhi airport after all departing flights were shifted to Terminals 2 (T2) and 3 (T3) following the deadly roof collapse.

The Aviation Minister reviewed the situation of the current operations and handling of passengers after all the flight operations were shifted from T1 to T2 and T3 following the roof collapse.

Naidu also said that war rooms have been set up to facilitate the close coordination between DIAL and the airlines. He further advised all the stakeholders to maintain rigorous standards to ensure seamless operations and prioritize passenger safety.
