Engineering student found murdered in hostel room

Faridabad: A final year engineering student on Monday was found murdered in a hostel room in Faridabad. Angry over the incident, students of the college held demonstrations and blocked the national highway 2.

The student, Akaash, was living as a paying guest in Sector-8 area of Faridabad, and last night he went to meet his friend in the hostel and stayed for the night, police said. Monday morning his body was found in a pool of blood. The victim's body was sent for post mortem to a hospital.
