New Delhi: Producer Karan Johar's 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein' is set to hit screens on Friday, November 22. Johar earlier teamed up with Punit Malhotra on 'I Hate Luv Storys', which was a success at the box-office. We have compiled a list of seven reasons that can fetch the early footfalls into the cinema halls to watch 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein'.
Chemistry and biology: They have done it in 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu', and once again they are ready to strike a chord with the audiences in 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein'. Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan may have entered the film industry in different eras but they have huge appeal among the youths, and so the makers had all the reasons to p[itch them together again.
Shraddha Kapoor: She has become a hot property in Bollywood after 'Aashiqui 2'. She has signed several films but 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein' is the first one to hit the halls. She is probably playing a simple, traditional girl in the film, at least a still made public by Punit Malhotra suggests so.
Imran goes South: Filmmakers think twice before casting Imran Khan in a raw, rustic role as his appearance is quintessentially urban, however in 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein', he is likely to explore the village life. Also, he is playing a South Indian character, which would interest his fans.
Tooh: This song has already caught the fancy of the youngsters. Almost every club is playing the song in full volume. The undercurrent of the song may fascinate the spectators who are in the quest of some 'solid' entertainment.
Esha Gupta: So far, she has done only three films, but she is said to be one of the more promising actress of future. After 'Jannat 2', 'Chakravyuh' and 'Raaz 3', Esha is ready to flaunt her dancing skills in 'Dhatt teri ki' in 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein'.
Kareena Kapoor: She is still among the top heroines of the Hindi film industry ad producers approach her to enhance the appeal of their films. Once again, her credibility at the box-office will be under scanner. If reports are to be believed then she has got a meaty role in 'Gori Tere PYaar Mein', which will give her a chance to explore the acting horizons.
Punit Malhotra: The director of the film comes across as a humble guy in his interviews, in fact his actors bully him into doing things during chat shows but he is known to be a true disciple of Karan Johar who has a good sense of colour and glamour. Whatever of it is true will be public soon as the film is releasing in less than 24 hours.####
