Film enthusiasts might soon get to visit a museum dedicated to the Indian film industry
Indian cinema will complete 100 years in 2013 and by then the film lovers might get to visit a museum totally dedicated to the Indian film industry.
Kuldeep Sinha, Director General of Films Division announced that the work for a museum is on and it is likely to be inaugurated in the year 2013. The museum, he informed, will cover everything about Indian cinema, which would include costumes, screen plays, set designs, scripts etc.
The project, which is estimated at the cost of Rs. 110 crores, will also facilitate all the films to be available online. The Films Division has signed a MoU with NFDC, thus involving all the rights to market the films by both the bodies.
