Mumbai: Greenpeace activists scale Essar building in protest

Mumbai: In a unique protest, Greenpeace activists today scaled the Essar headquarters building and rolled down a poster that read 'We kill forest - Essar' on the building facade.

This was in protest against Essar's proposed mine in Mahan in Madhya Pradesh which has one of the oldest deciduous forests of India.

Essar has called the act of scaling the building "illegal" and a "tresspass".
