One body fished out of sunken boat

ALAPPUZHA: The divers of Indian Navy fished out the body of Santhosh, 30,from the sunken boat ‘Don 1’ on Sunday. Search operations have been going on in the mid-sea for the bodies of three missing fishermen after their boat was knocked down by a ship off the Alappuzha coast. The others missing are Cleetus, 57, and Bernard alias Babychan,40. All the three belong to Pallithottam, Chavara, in Kollam district. Two fishermen were killed in the tragedy in the wee hours of Thursday. The divers spotted the body at 9.30 am. It was lying inside the boat wrapped in the fishing net.  They cut the net and removed the body  and later brought it to Thottappilly fishing harbour at 3.30 pm. It was later sent to the General Hospital for postmortem.
