Leander and Mahesh, during their last match against Bahrain, had put their troubled off-court relationship behind to put up a clinical display on Monday.
They beat Pakistan's Aisam Qureshi and Aqeel Khan with a fluent 6-2, 6-4 scoreline in a match which lasted one hour and eight minutes.
