Rajasthan and Railways clinched the men's and women's titles respectively in the 61st Senior National Kabaddi Championship at Patliputra Sports Complex on Friday.
In the men's final, Rajasthan beat Haryana by 27-25. The first half ended 14-13.
Jasbir and Navneet were the main scorers for the winners even as Praveen and Surjeet of Haryana earned points to reduce the victory margin.
In the Women's final, star studded Railways bagged the title trouncing Haryana by 33-24.
Dominating the match from the beginning, Railway eves took nine points lead (20-11) in the first half.
Mamta Pujari and Tejeshwani Bai were the main scorers for the winning team.
Earlier in the men's semi-final, Haryana tamed Uttar Pradesh 22-18 and Rajasthan trounced Services 39-31.
In the women's semifinal, Railway defeated Himachal Pradesh 29-20 while Haryana beat Maharashtra 28-19 to move into the final.
Services and Himachal Pradesh bagged third position in the men's women's section respectively.
General manager of the East Central Railway (ECR) Madhuresh Kumar gave away the prizes.
