New Delhi: The Supreme Court has pulled up all state governments for their slack approach towards tracing missing children. The court has asked state governments to submit a fresh affidavit on October 10.

The apex court wants to know how many FIRs have been registered by police forces on missing kids.

It also wants to know the status of shelter homes, the working of anti-trafficking cells and details of NGOs helping in tracing the missing children.
