Students take oath at magic moment

TRIPUNITHURA: Celebrating a rare moment of the millennium, the 11th day of 11th month of 2011 at 11:11:11 am, the students of Amballoor St Francis School took a pledge to keep intact the concept of secularism in the country.Headed by school manager Fr John Puthuva, the students arrayed in a unique style representing the time and date as 11.11.11.11.11.11 to mark the moment. A symbolic clock was also designed just in front of this formation.They then took a pledge to maintain the serene secular concept of the nation intact. As it was also National Education Day, the school principal read out the Prime Minister’s message to the students.
