Town planning officer suspended

HYDERABAD: GHMC commissioner Sameer Sharma suspended a town planning supervisor and incharge assistant city planner of circle VII Gourishetti Amruth Kumar on charges of possessing disproportionate assets to known sources of income.The ACB has registered a case against his continuance in office will prejudice the investigation. The commissioner also suspended Mohd Rafiuddin, bill collector, circle IV who was caught red-handed when he accepted a bribe of Rs 2,500 from a complainant for doing an official favour.
