UDF councillors take out march to Secretariat

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A march taken out by UDF councillors of the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, pledging solidarity to the UDF government over the episodes in the Legislative Assembly and its decision to suspend two MLAs, led to a minor conflict in front of the Secretariat on Tuesday.  The UDF march coincided with the march taken out by SFI activists. Though a minor tussle ensued, the police intervened and a clash was averted. Around 37 UDF councillors participated in the march.
