An American actress, a successful producer and a businesswoman. Jennifer Aniston, known and loved for her role in popular television series Friends had acting skills imbibed in her from childhood itself as her parents were Greek actor John Aniston and American actress Nancy Dow but the transformation to a successful television actress and a star came in 1994 when she appeared on Friends.
Incidentally, she received five Emmy nominations for her role in Friends and this gave her career a big boost.
Some of her early appearances in Hollywood included She’s the One, Dream for an Insomniac and The Object of My Affection.
But it was her role of a cashier who cheats on her husband in The Good Girl which gave her critical acclaim in Hollywood.
Her biggest box office success was her appearance in Bruce Almighty in the year 2003.
She is still a busy and successful Hollywood star and has played a key role in animated movie Storks which released on September 23, 2016. Apart from movies, Jennifer has also appeared in many commercials and television series throughout her career.
The 48-year-old has got billions swooning over her body- toned and strong but still feminine and lean. She credits Los Angeles yogi Mandy Ingber with enhancing her yoga and helping her incorporate it into her fitness routine.
The secret to her shape? Aniston has worked with celebrity trainer Mandy Ingber for a decade and she reveals the secret behind that bikini body.
Aniston loves doing an intense workout in the morning— which includes a spin-yoga class, interval training, or climbing at Rise Nation.
According to her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber, WTOP Radio reports, Aniston’s radiant beauty and sculpted curves are not just because of simply being active.
The key is that she works both her body and mind.
"Jennifer Aniston does, of course, have an incredible body, but (I think) part of what people respond to with her is that she seems very comfortable in her own skin; she seems healthy and holistic," she says.
Ingber, who released a book called Yogalosophy for Inner Strength, tells WTOP that anyone can have a fit body and positive attitude and that it’s totally reachable.
Wellness practices that Jennifer Aniston uses for a balanced life
1.60 minutes light workout-EVERYDAY
Ingber recommends to make yourself accountable for one hour of exercise each day. “It doesn’t have to be really intense exercise,” she says. “It could be something like taking a walk, a yoga practice, or something a little more active like a spinning class or hiking.” And it’s okay to break it up in pockets throughout the day.
2.Meditate daily even if it is for five minutes
Ingber advises beginners to simply seek out a quiet spot and pay attention to your breath, "even if it is just five minutes a day of sitting down…and focusing on your breath,". If your mind starts going a mile a minute (like Lena Dunham’s tends to do), don’t give up—rather, acknowledge the distraction and bring your awareness back to breathing. Ingber says that five minutes a day should leave you feeling refreshed.
3.Get the right nutrition—but also indulge
Ingber is an advocate of moderation, going by the 80/20 philosophy much like supermodel Miranda Kerr, which consists primarily of whole foods "fruits and vegetables, grains, things that are not necessarily in a package," and treating herself the other 20 percent of the time.
Aniston's trainer says the focus should not be on limitations when it comes to what you’re eating. "It should be on nourishing your body and filling it with the nutrition it needs to maintain an active lifestyle," she says.
