Megastar Chiranjeevi is headlining the upcoming Telugu film, Vishwambara. A socio-fantasy movie, the film is directed by Bimbisara fame Vashishta. The filming is underway and it is said that the team recently wrapped a high-octane action sequence. If that wasn’t enough, it has also been revealed that the makers of the Megastar’s film erected a 54 feet Hanuman statue for the scene.
According to news that went viral on social media, the makers have completed the shooting of an action episode in a huge set in single schedule. The fighting scenes which will come at the intermission of the movie. We hear the scene took 26 days to shoot.
A fantasy world was created with high level VFX effects. We also hear that for the fighting scene in the film, a 54 feet of Lord Hanuman statue was built. The action sequence was said to have been choreographed by Ram-Lakshman. It is said that the pre-interval scene is bound to be one of the highlights of the film. While the makers are yet to comment on the scene, photos of the Hanuman statue from the sets have surfaced on social media and have gone viral.

Vishambara is scheduled to hit the silver screens across the world on Jan 10, 2025, marking Sankranthi festival. While Chiranjeevi headlines the film, South Indian actress Trisha will be seen playing the female lead. The duo has reunited after 18 years. It is learnt that Trisha is going to play dual role in the movie, where young actresses Surbhi and Isha Chawla has been playing other key roles.
It is claimed that the film has a budget of Rs 200 crore, making it Chiranjeevi’s most expensive film. However, the makers of the Telugu film and Chiranjeevi have not react to these claims.
