Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer Deadpool & Wolverine will hit theatres on July 26.

The makers of Deadpool & Wolverine are going all out to take the highly anticipated MCU to audiences through various promotional events. Actors Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, who reprise the iconic superhero characters, are also leaving no stone unturned to add more to the excitement level. While fans are thrilled to watch their ‘love-and-hate’ relationship, their camaraderie is evident even off-screen. The duo never fail to tease each other, taking hilarious digs in their trademark Deadpool-Wolverine style.

In a recent one, Ryan Reynolds impressively imitated Hugh Jackman, sharing that one epic story of how the latter agreed to play Wolverine again. During an interview with Joelle Garguilo, Ryan was asked to answer the question, ‘What is the real reason you wanted to get back in the Wolverine suit?’ to which his response left others in splits.

“Well, I went all in on crypto, and I need a bit of a paycheck. So, I rang my mate Ryan and said, ‘Buddy, I went all in on the flow coin, and I’ve got crippling debts, a lot of problems. Help me out. My health is deteriorating as a result of the stress, and I’d like to come back, but I’d like to come back in the yellow suit, so no one knows it’s me,” Reynolds hilariously mimicked while Jackman and Shawn Levy were laughing their hearts out.

The banter went on further as the Logan star also joined in and chimed, “I need tissues. I’ve got a lot of makeup on here, and I’m starting to run.”

More About Deadpool & Wolverine

Marvel’s multiverse saga is expected to witness one of its biggest releases with Deadpool & Wolverine. Directed by Levy, the film features Reynolds and Jackman as the lead Marvel icons, also marking their first time under Marvel Studios after Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox.

The film’s story will follow Wade Wilson’s Deadpool being pulled back into action by the Time Variance Authority to join forces with Logan, aka Wolverine, from an alternative universe. While the makers held a grand premiere of the film, it will hit theatres on July 26.
