Sonakshi Sinha is reportedly set to tie the knot with her beau, actor Zaheer Iqbal, on June 23 in Mumbai, according to India Today. While Sonakshi and Zaheer have maintained a low profile about their relationship, their wedding rumours have often made the rounds across social media.

Earlier, in June 2022, Sonakshi hilariously reacted to these rumours by sharing a video. As per the latest reports, the wedding is now happening on June 23. The wedding guest list reportedly includes close friends, family members, and reportedly, the entire cast of Heeramandi. The wedding invitation resembles a magazine cover with the text “The rumours are true”. Guests are requested to dress formally for the ceremony, which will take place at Bastian in Mumbai.

Recently, during an episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, which featured the ladies from Heermandi as guests, Kapil Sharma had asked Sonakshi about her marriage plans, mentioning Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani recently tied the knot. Sonakshi jokingly said, “Jale par namak chidak rahe ho,” adding that she badly wants to get married.

Sonakshi Sinha reportedly met Zaheer through Salman Khan. Their friendship blossomed into love, and the lovebirds are often spotted together. The duo was seen together in the film Double XL. It was directed by Satram Ramani and also featured Huma Qureshi in the pivotal role. Zaheer made his Bollywood debut in 2019 with the romantic drama film Notebook, produced by Salman Khan. In the movie, he was paired opposite Pranutan Bahal, the granddaughter of the late legendary actress Nutan.

Talking about Zaheer Iqbal’s past relationships, as per reports, he has dated two actresses. First, his name was associated with actress Deeksha Seth. Their relationship is said to last only for a few days. After this, Zaheer dated Kuch Kuch Hota Hai fame Sana Saeed for some time.
