However, there have been some revelations concerning one of his properties. It is Hrithik’s maternal grandfather, J Omprakash’s property. The late filmmaker reportedly left a plush bungalow (in Mumbai’s Juhu) to Hrithik’s mother Pinkie Roshan.
According to Etimes, Hrithik was supposed to stay in his grandfather’s bungalow, but he also purchased a property on Juhu-Versova Link Road, a massive flat in a Mannat building that is now known as Vartamaan. Hrithik had initially decided to stay in his grandfather’s bungalow but later decided to sell it. At one point, it was also revealed in the industry that the actor once tried to sell the property.

However, he was unable to sell it. Not because he didn’t have any potential buyers, but because his thoughts were divided. The Vikram Vedha actor then reportedly decided not to sell the property because he was overcome with emotions. Hrithik put the deal on hold as memories of his maternal grandfather began to dominate. According to reports, Hrithik is still having second thoughts about making a decision.

On the work front, Hrithik Roshan is all set to star in the much-awaited film Vikram Vedha. The actor will be seen sharing screen space with actor Saif Ali Khan. The film directed by Gayatri and Pushkar revolves around a police officer (Vikram) who sets out to track down and kill a gangster (Vedha). The film releases on September 30, 2022. The actor will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s film Fighter alongside Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. The film is currently in its production stage and is expected to release on September 28, 2023.
