The University of Delhi (DU) has announced that it will be recruiting 251 vacancies of assistant professors for various subjects. The interested candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website of DU — du.ac.in. The last date for the application is October 20.
Candidates will be selected by a selection committee who will shortlist the candidates for the posts of Assistant Professors on the basis of their merit, that is, their marks in graduation, postgraduation, MPhil, PhD, NET with JRF, NET, and teaching or post-doctoral. The candidates shortlisted on the merit list will be called for personal interviews.

Delhi University recruitment 2021: Eligibility
The candidates willing to apply must have completed a master’s degree with 55 per cent marks, PhD in the relevant subject, and must have cleared NET conducted by UGC or CSIR.

Candidates belonging to the unreserved, OBC, EWS category will have to pay Rs 500. Those belonging to SC, ST, PwBD category and women applicants need not pay application fees.
