The court was likely to take a call whether Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti along with more than 10 other BJP leaders should stand trial for the demolition of the 16th-century mosque by karsevaks. They had been discharged by a court in Rae Bareli, but during its last hearing, the SC had criticised the dropping of charges.
