158. Dungarpur is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Banswara (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Dungarpur falls in Dungarpur district and South region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,28,250 voters in the seat, which includes 1,15,755 male voters, and 1,12,495 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Dungarpur recorded a voter turnout of 70.44%. In 2013 the turnout was 72.85%, and in 2008 it was 61.4%.
In 2013, Devendra Katara of BJP won the seat by a margin of 3,845 votes (2.74%). Devendra Katara secured 41.78% of the total votes polled.
