37. Khandela is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Sikar Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Khandela falls in Sikar district and North region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,37,514 voters in the seat, which includes 1,25,691 male voters, and 1,11,823 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Khandela recorded a voter turnout of 71.52%. In 2013 the turnout was 73.75%, and in 2008 it was 66.9%.
In 2013, Banshidhar of BJP won the seat by a margin of 35,394 votes (23.61%). Banshidhar secured 54.59% of the total votes polled.
BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 9,898 votes (8.29%), registering 41.37% of the total votes polled.
