Union External Affairs Minister (MEA) Sushma Swaraj, known for actively using social media to help those in distress, received a tweet from a man called Venkat requesting her to intervene in a refrigerator-related problem.
According to Venkat's tweet, Samsung allegedly sold him a faulty refrigerator and the company also refused to replace it. "Venkat @M_VenkatM@irvpaswan @SushmaSwaraj Dear Ministers, @Samsung_IN sold me a defective refrigerator, they r not ready to replace," his tweet reads.
His another tweet tagged to Swaraj reads, "Samsung refrigerator (RT28K3922RZ/HL), bearing serial # (03E04PAH201870M). @Samsung_IN is forcing me go for repair."

It seems that Venkat was aware of Swaraj's helpful attitude and therefore he tagged his problem with lots of expectation.
Swaraj was quick to reply and tweeted, "Brother I cannot help you in matters of a Refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress."
