Though the dates of the bypolls are yet to be announced by the Election Commission, but still the SP will launch the electioneering in a big way to retain the seat vacated by Akhilesh Yadav, after he won both the Kannauj and Ferozabad in the last Lok Sabha polls.

SP state President Akhilesh Yadav said on Thursday that the meeting would be an historic one in Ferozabad and Mulayam Singh Yadav will introduce Dimple among the voters.

Though on the first day there will be only one public meeting but in days to come she will address a series of election meetings.

Dimple, a mother of three, will face a tough contest from former SP leaders Raj Babbar of Congress and SP Singh Baghel of the ruling Bahujan Samaj Party.
