New Delhi: The BJP on Saturday conceded defeat in the Lok Sabha elections and congratulated Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi for their victory even as it top leader LK Advani offered to step down as leader of Opposition. There were quite a few upsets across the nation on counting day.
