They say ‘Bihar is not for beginners’ and this adage found fresh evidence in a recent video where accused individuals took matters into their own hands – or rather, their own ropes. The video, akin to digging one’s own grave, showcased four accused pushing a police van for 500 meters after it ran out of fuel. Instead of seizing the opportunity to escape, these individuals from Bihar chose to showcase their strength, and the video quickly became a social media sensation, leaving the internet thoroughly entertained.
It all unfolded on Sunday as the four individuals, arrested for violating alcohol laws in the dry state of Bihar, were being transported to court. As fate would have it, the police vehicle came to a standstill near Kachahari Chowk in Bhagalpur due to an empty fuel tank. In a peculiar turn of events, the officers instructed the accused to put their muscles into action and push the vehicle to the side of the road. The video captured this bizarre scene – prisoners with ropes tied around their waists, pushing the vehicle under the watchful eye of a police officer.
Unsurprisingly, this triggered a memefest online, with Desis struggling to believe what they had just witnessed.
