'I’m Taylor Swift For Men:' CM Punk's Unique Comparison Has the WWE Fanbase Talking on Social Media

WWE’s storyline revolving around the rivalry between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre is turning out to be quite an enthralling one. The duo faced each other at the SummerSlam 2024 and McIntyre succeeded in getting the better of Punk with Seth Rollins appearing as the special guest referee.

Their intense rivalry reached new heights at the WWE Clash at the Castle in Scotland. On last week’s episode of SmackDown McIntyre brutally attacked Punk. The Best in the World even reportedly had to be sent to a local hospital, following the attack from McIntyre.

It was later revealed that during their brawl, McIntyre took a bracelet that belonged to Punk. The bracelet was valuable to Punk as it was inscribed with the names of his wife AJ Lee and his dog Larry.

CM Punk recently talked about the AJ Lee and Larry bracelets that Drew McIntyre stole from him. Punk jokingly told the fans that to some, those bracelets might appear to be inconsequential but for others, his bracelets are a Taylor Swift thing. Punk then went on to call himself the Taylor Swift for men.

“Bracelets that they took the time to make, maybe it’s significant to other people, maybe a Taylor Swift thing, but let’s face it: I’m Taylor Swift for men,” CM Punk said on the latest episode of WWE Raw.

CM Punk’s comments left fans in splits with many reacting to it in a hilarious fashion.

“So funny,” read a comment.

Another X (formerly Twitter) user wrote, “Super.”

This person, however, felt that it was “silly.”

At the WWE Money in the Bank earlier this year, CM Punk played a key role in shattering Drew McIntyre’s chances of cashing in the contract. McIntyre had cashed in his Money in the Bank contract while Damian Priest and Seth Rollins faced each other in a World Heavyweight Championship decider.

Later, CM Punk appeared and attacked Drew McIntyre with a steel chair. Punk put McIntyre back into the ring. Priest eventually won the fight and succeeded in claiming the title. This resulted in the champion not having to leave The Judgment Day and Seth Rollins unable to challenge for the World Heavyweight Title for as long as Priest held it.
