Colombian Woman Orders Air Fryer From Amazon. Receives Lizard In The Package

Most of the people today prefer to do online shopping to buy their favourite products. But many times we receive wrong and defective products. Though online shopping sites have made our lives easier sometimes due to wrong product delivery, we face multiple problems. A similar incident happened to a Colombian woman.

The woman was shocked when she opened the package. She posted a picture of the thing she received on social media that has created a massive buzz among netizens.

According to a report by the Daily Star, a woman named Sofia Serrano ordered an air fryer for her home. When the parcel arrived she opened the package. She was horrified as soon as she opened the item that was delivered to her. The woman shared about her experience on her X handle (formerly Twitter).

Sofia is reportedly a resident of Colombia. She ordered an air fryer from the online shopping platform Amazon. Instead of the air fryer, she found a massive lizard inside the box. She posted the picture of the package captioning it, “We ordered an air fryer through Amazon and it arrived with a companion, I don’t know if it was Amazon’s fault or the carrier’s fault,” when translated to English. She was horrified by seeing such a large-sized lizard. As per the report, Amazon is yet to provide any constructive solution to the issue Sofia faced. The report further stated that the lizard was a Spanish Rock Lizard.

The post went viral soon after it was posted on social media platform X garnering more than 41 lakh views. Several users commented on the post. One user commented, “I’ll die if this happens to me. On the other hand, I feel for the little animal, it must be all scared, hungry and thirsty,” while another user commented, “New fear unlocked.”
