This temple is unique in that its Shivling is entirely composed of mercury. This temple’s Shivling, which is entirely composed of mercury, weighs 2,351 kg with 80 feet of height. This temple was built using the principles of Vastu Shastra. A bell is fastened to a three-inch brass pipe at the base of the Pardeshwar temple’s Shivling with copper wire. To place the bell, a 45-foot-deep trench was dug from where water was available. In actuality, the navel is located at the bottom. Thus, 2,351 kg of mercury has been used to prepare the complete Shivling.

As per reports, this temple was founded in 1977. The Shivling used to weigh around 51 kilogrammes at the time. The Mercury Pardeshwar Shivling was founded in 2004. This Shivling places great importance on the 12 Parad Jyotirlingas. According to Pandit Arvindkumar Shastri, he has been serving this temple since he was ten years old. This is the only Shivling in the world weighing 2351 kg. It is well-known both nationally and internationally for this reason. Beneath the 600 kilogram mercury, there is a brass component on the 1751 kg mercury Shivling.
