This Shivling places great importance on the 12 Parad Jyotirlingas. According to Pandit Arvindkumar Shastri, he has been serving this temple since he was ten years old. This is the only Shivling in the world weighing 2351 kg. It is well-known both nationally and internationally for this reason. Beneath the 600 kilogram mercury, there is a brass component on the 1751 kg mercury Shivling.
