Kentucky Man Orders Nothing From Burger Joint For Rs 1,600
The man shared a photo of the order and showed a brown bag with a burger box and literally nothing in it.

Ordering food online makes it easier to check out the menu and customise it as we like. Often we add an extra patty, tomatoes, gherkins, onions or simply an extra cheese slice while ordering, especially burgers. But this USA’s Kentucky man decided to experiment by ordering “nothing” from a leading fast food chain and the results were simply amusing.

On May 19, a man who goes by the name of Greg online, documented his “nothing” experiment to satisfy the curiosity of almost every customer, by ordering a burger with absolutely everything removed from a popular delivery app.

Greg explained that he ordered a triple cheeseburger. This usually comprises ketchup, mustard, pickle, diced onions, three beef patties, cheese and salt and is sandwiched between two buns. But Greg wanted none of the above, even the bun, for his order. This cost him $5.39 (Rs 450) on the online delivery app. But adding the $3 (Rs 250.49) service fee, 42 cents (Rs 35.07) and an $11 (Rs 918.45), the total bill shot up to a whopping $19.81 (Rs 1654.05). He paid nearly $20 (around Rs 2,000) for nothing on his burger.

He wrote on X, “I ordered a triple cheeseburger with everything removed. Stay tuned to see what happens.” He followed this tweet with another tweet saying, “Hopefully they don’t mess up my order (usually they do).”

As per his continuous update, a man named Dan was entrusted with the delivery of “nothing” where he once again confirmed the order with Greg and said, “Cheeseburger with everything removed including the bun and meat. So you’re gonna get an empty box. You good with that?” to which the customer replied, “Perfect thank you.”

The man shared a photo of the order and showed a brown bag with a burger box and literally nothing in it. The caption read, “Time to feast.” But looks like the fast food joint did indeed mess up his order. Greg claimed to have gotten the wrapper and a McCrispy box. I ordered a freaking triple burger, not a McCrispy. Somehow they still managed to screw up my order (not your fault Dan if you’re reading this).”

He claimed that this is not the first time he has attempted to order “nothing” but he shared that at least this time the fast food chain got it “almost” right.

The comments section was amused. One wrote, “Kind of you to tip the driver $11 for delivering you an empty box lol.” Another commented, “I followed the story, and remained invested to the end, Greg.” A comment read, “Wow! Thank you for doing this Greg.”
