The partakers, equipped with safety gear, are seen leaping happily against the backdrop of the open sky. Despite the enthralling nature of the activity, Anand Mahindra wrote that participating in such a high-flying stunt is not something he aspires to do. “Attempting this is NOT on my bucket list. But what a perfect video to watch from an armchair to create the right mood on a Sunday morning,” he mentioned in the caption.

In June 2023, the death-defying video showed tourists descending a 60-degree incline stone-cut staircase. Anand Mahindra mentioned that the trek to Kalavantin Durg is regarded as one of the most challenging in the Western Ghats. In his tweet, Mahindra wrote, “I confess I had no clue about this spot.”
