A video of an entrepreneur’s startling encounter with a delivery agent has gone viral online. Aman Birendra Jaiswal, who had ordered French fries through Ola Food, was astonished to find the delivery agent eating his order right before his eyes. The entire surprising incident was recorded on camera by Jaiswal.
According to Jaiswal’s Instagram post, the ordeal began when the delivery partner first demanded an additional Rs 10 for the order. Reluctantly, Jaiswal agreed to the extra charge, only to be left waiting for 45 minutes. When he eventually located the delivery agent, Jaiswal was stunned to find him eating his French fries.
In the viral footage, the delivery agent seated on a motorbike, accompanied by another delivery partner, is seen enjoying Aman Jaiswal’s order. While confronting the agent, Jaiswal said, “These are my fries which you are eating. This is my order (Ye mere fries hai toh tum kha raho ho. Ye mere order hai).”
The delivery partner, unfazed by the situation, dismissively retorted with, “Haan toh tum karte raho jo karna hai tumhe (You do whatever you want to do),” and refused to deliver the order that Jaiswal had already paid for.
The caption shared along with the video read, “Ola This is how your food delivery partner are doing their job, first he said I’ll take extra 10rs for coming, after denying for the first somehow I said ok come I’ll give and then he kept me waiting for almost 45min and when I found him this is what he said.”

Since being posted online, the video has quickly gone viral, racking up over 2 million views. In the comments section, one user pointed out, “This is the reason why Ola, ola Cabs and Bhavish Aggarwal is losing trust and going downwards,” while another cautioned, “Never pay online on food always prefer cod I repeat.”
A commenter recounting their own experience, wrote, “Ola same with me, my order got delayed – upon asking the delivery boy said (I am over burdened, have 5 orders) and agreed to meet me at a common point. After when we drove 4 kms in midnight, he blocked us. we tried calling him from other numbers – kept blocking us.”
On the other hand, a user shared a different perspective, commenting, “Aisa toh ni hota h (This doesn’t happen) ….. Yesterday I ordered a good from Zomato in the mid night and I slept I don’t know how but the kind hearted Zomato person waited for me for 45 min. I said sorry to him and give him some extra money.”
Many users advised Jaiswal should reach out to Ola’s customer service for resolution. “Bhai you can easily complain, their customer service gives more importance to customers than their delivery partners. They will fine them,” an individual advised.
