A delivery driver recently left everyone shocked when he unveiled his per-day income through a video. The delivery driver for Evri and JustEat also revealed that he knows the strategies and when to switch between two platforms to make a whopping sum of money every month.
The delivery driver, known online under the username DeliveryManiac, is often questioned about his income. Recently, in a video, he revealed that he earns up to £300 a day (around RS 32,000) by delivering food regularly. He says that a delivery driver has the flexibility to work their hours but if someone wants to earn decent money, they should know when is the best time to work.
The delivery driver further explained that he worked for Evri in the mornings and switched to food delivery with JustEat in the evenings. He said, “I do Evri in the morning because it’s the quietest time of day, so I do that for two, or three hours and get some extra money from that. When the busy times start, I move on to JustEat, and Uber and then I stay late until 11 pm 12 am, depending on how busy it gets. So all it is is choosing the best time, the busiest times for certain platforms. Sometimes I do get extra rounds from Evri which pay £1 to £1.50 a really good parcel.”
He added, “When it’s very busy in the depot or they are short of drivers, I always get that chance to grab extra parcels.”
Well, this delivery person is not the only one making a tidy sum from delivering for Evri. In another video, a man named Isaac, who also works for the same company revealed that earnings can fluctuate daily and also gave a rough idea of the potential earnings from a day’s work in delivery. Issac revealed that he earns 47p per packet that he delivers and manages to make around Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 daily.
