Introverts are a distinct personality type. They find solace in their own company and shy away from social settings. An introvert’s primary comfort zone is their home where they can unleash their real side. Small talks, large social gatherings, and loud parties are some things that they usually try to avoid. Taking the perspective of introverts, a YouTube channel, known for creating prank videos executed a hilarious prank. The creators chose a shop named Eight Jeans to fool the customers. Once they came out from the trial room, the group of pranksters stared at the customer grimly, making them nervous and bewildered, which safe to say, could be an introvert’s worst nightmare.
The video began with a woman entering the fitting room to try on a pair of denim jeans. Soon, the group of people gathered outside the room and stared at the woman, once she removed the curtains. Astonished as to why they were gawking at her, the woman gave a confused expression. “Sorry, I don’t understand. What’s wrong?" she questioned. Another woman faced a similar situation with the people staring at her without giving any context. Giving out an awkward smile, she began looking for her daughter. But she was nowhere to be found. Later on, it was revealed that it was her daughter who suggested that her mother be pranked and the people revealed that it was a joke.
After the third woman encountered a similar situation, the group tried to pull off the prank with the fourth lady. However, unlike others, she did not seem taken aback by the people staring at her with cold eyes and a poker-faced expression. “You’re crazy. Where’s Maha?" she asked. Maha was the owner of the shop.
To teach the people a hilarious lesson, the woman disappeared into the trial room. In between the pranksters turned their back on the trial room. Once the woman reappeared, she recorded the seemingly bizarre incident on her phone. Taking a sly dig at the people, she said, “Poor things. Look what’s happening to them. I thought I was the only crazy person here." That’s when everyone burst into laughter indicating that it was indeed a prank.
Reacting to the video, one user wrote, “Introvert’s nightmare? This is straight out of a horror movie". Another quipped, “That would scare an extrovert too. Love your harmless and unique pranks!" “Haven’t laughed this hard all week," read a third comment.
What would you have done in a similar situation?
