With little money to our names, it is not easy to build a house as it takes a huge investment to get your own dream home. However, a man has not only made the impossible possible but also managed to make a hefty amount of money through his efforts combined with a strategic plan to build a house using trash. In an attempt to make cash out of trash, the man built his own house using waste materials.
A report by Daily Mail suggests that the house, located in Orange County, Britain is built in an area of 1,600 square feet. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house is suitable for a complete family to reside in. In 2015, a man named Max Orswald purchased of his lifetime as he acquired this house for Rs 4 crore. What followed was a remarkable transformation which should be accredited to the man himself as he stepped in with a decision to rebuild it his way. As of now, the current market value of the house, which merely required old containers, manual carts and other such scrap materials picked from the trash to be built, is around Rs 15 crore.
Notably, Max did not invest much while building the house and hardly invested Rs 4 lakh while rebuilding his own as per his imagination. The construction of the house required two containers of 40 feet and a shipping container of 20 feet. Besides bedrooms and bathrooms, the unique house also has a balcony adorned with plants. While the floor has been constructed using an extraordinary amalgamation of limestone garbage, the beams in the house are made of wood. The kitchen looks the most captivating with a specially designed seating corner for the residents to have their meal comfortably.
Max claimed that the house would not collapse even during an earthquake due to a balanced usage of stone and concrete in the construction of the foundation of the house. The house is now being sold for Rs 15 crore and a lot of people have expressed their wish to make this unique purchase.
