Fortnite has recently rolled out the fifth Chapter of Season 2 for its main Battle Royale game mode.

Fortnite has been one of the most popular battle royal games over the past few years. Despite the emergence of PUBG, the fan base of Fortnite has remained the same. Epic Games, the developer of this free-to-play cross-platform game, has so far collaborated with several celebrities to introduce new skins that players can use in their in-game characters. Television personality and talk show host Phillip Calvin McGraw, known as Dr Phil, recently expressed his desire to become the subject of the next iconic Fortnite skin.

While streaming his Fortnite gameplay, Dr Phil called on Epic Games to launch a dedicated skin for him. Though the concept of most Fortnite skins revolves around fictional characters, Epic Games does have a line of skins called the Icon Series that are based on real-life personalities like musicians, sportsmen, and streamers. Pop sensation Lady Gaga was the most recent addition to the Icon skin.

Dr Phil referred to American rapper Eminem, who has inspired as many as three Fortnite skins so far. In a clip going viral across social media, Dr Phil was heard saying, “Hey, Fortnite creators, what do I gotta do to get my own character? I mean, come on, Eminem’s got three and I got what, zero? I move like a cat, Garfield, but it’s a Cat. I need my character, c’mon.”

After the video surfaced on the internet, many gamers shared their thoughts on the topic. One of them was quick to acknowledge, “Man (Dr Phil) deserves it.”

“That would be legendary! Can you imagine his character giving out life advice in the middle of a Fortnite battle? Classic,” another sarcastically said.

A Fortnite gamer suggested, “Maybe if you tried winning back-to-back blockbuster championships you could get a skin.”

For its main Battle Royale game mode, Fortnite has recently rolled out the fifth Chapter of Season 2. The new season, “Myths & Mortals,” is based on a Greek mythology theme and includes places like Mount Olympus and The Underworld. Players can also use godly equipment like the Thunderbolt of Zeus and Wings of Icarus to harness the power of the icons. At the start of the season, Epic Games introduced a new character Korra which is inspired by The Legend of Korra.
