In the video, a young man is standing in the tank in which the preparation is being mixed. The potion is then poured on the ground itself and then it is fed into a machine for thorough blending. Once it is blended, it is again kept on the ground and after that it is being made into a ball and dried. These balls are then tied to a stick and then heated in boiling water.

The video has also received 1.2 million views, while many people have given their feedback by commenting where people expressed how the entire thing has nauseated them.
