When was the last time you saw your school buddies or your college friends after you graduated? With life hustles taking up most of our time, we rarely find the time to stay in touch with most people in our lives. Harrison Webb, a YouTuber and chef, recently took up an unusual challenge. He decided to pack food and deliver it to friends he had not met for years. While he anticipated that the friends would not recognise him, some of them surely remembered.
The video starts with Harrison Webb introducing this one-of-a kind challenge he has taken up. The creator then steps into a restaurant and checks the menu to find out what he wants to order. He is initially surprised by how costly the food is, but ends up ordering a small portion of a green salad. He then drives to the house of his first friend Kian with much anxiety that he will not recognise him as they have not met for over 5 years.
As Harrison knocked on the door, the guys opened and he hurriedly handed the order and ran out. However, much to his surprise, the friend recognised him and hugged him. They both had a friendly chat before the creator moved on to the next friend.
Before delivering the food to his second friend JC Caylen, the creator decided to taste the food himself. It was a kind of wrap with spicy stuffing. Next, he decided to wait for his friend in his apartment corridor. As soon as the friend arrived, he knocked on his door, delivered the food and went out. Again the friend called out to him, saying he recognised him.
For his third friend Franny, he decided to order sushi. Harrison had to juggle through a long menu and wait for about 15 minutes to get the takeaway order ready. He then went directly to the friend’s apartment. He knocked on the door and pretended to be a delivery agent associated with Doordash, but this time the consequence was different. The friend opened the door, clarified that she didn’t order anything and went inside. The creator was taken aback that she did not realise who he was. Later, Harrison decided to indulge in the delectable plate of sushi.
Harrison’s followers quite enjoyed this unique challenge. One of them commented, “it’s so funny to me. Instead of knocking again and trying to give her the food he just takes it home and eats it…too funny.: Another person said, “Kian following you with the biggest smile warmed my heart so much. Also lmao fran had nooo idea."
