Yummilicious: Kulcha Stuffed With Chicken Nihari Is Making Us Hungry

While just the mention of these names can bring water to our mouth, let’s talk about a popular and tasty Awadhi-inspired Nihari Kulcha. Shared by a food vlogger on Instagram, the video shows the person enjoying the soft and flavourful kulcha, which comes with a unique combination of chicken marinated in nihari masala and special herbs.

Giving a detailed video of the delicious dish, the vlogger began by revealing that the butter chicken kulcha was no longer available at that eating joint. So, food lovers could opt for chicken nihari kulcha, which was equally irresistible.

He further described that the kulcha was prepared by stuffing tandoori chicken marinated with nihari masala and various herbs like pippali and coriander, which was then slowly cooked in an Awadhi fashion. The dish was perfectly topped with creamy aromatic white butter and served with spicy gravy sauce.

“Chicken Nihari in a doughy, buttery tandoori kulcha? The chicken filling is an Awadh-inspired preparation slow-cooked after being marinated with Nihari masala and herbs like pipalli and coriander. The kulcha is topped with creamy, aromatic white butter and a spicy gravy sauce. Among the many dishes served at different café bars in Delhi, this kulcha has to be one of my favorites,” the caption read.

The vlogger also gave details of the location, stating that the chicken nihari kulcha is served at the Monkey Bar restaurant in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The dish is priced at Rs 425.

The vlogger’s previous video of butter chicken kulcha gained over 10 lakh views while this has already amassed quite a lot of views.
