From guard of honour to address at Wembley: Full UK itinerary of PM Narendra Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in London on Thursday to kickstart his three-day UK visit. The Prime Minister received a grand welcome on his arrival as a huge crowd gathered outside his hotel St James Court to greet him.

Apart from meeting UK Prime Minister David Cameron and dining with the Queen, the Prime Minister has business on cards.

Here's the full UK itinerary of Prime Minister Modi:

November 12

6 pm IST: Meeting with members of Punjabi community.

7.30 pm IST: Arrival at King Charles Street followed by Guard of Honour and official welcome by UK Prime Minister David Cameron.

7.50 pm IST: Arrival at 10, Downing Street followed by delegation-level talk with UK PM.

8.15 pm IST: PM Modi to address a press conference at the Grand Locarno Room in Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

8.45 pm IST: Cameron and Modi to take a 5-minute walk to the Parliament Square, following which the PM will pay homage at Gandhi statue.

9.20 pm-9.50 pm IST: Modi to address British Parliament.

11 pm IST: Address to city of London from The Old Library, Guildhall.

November 13

1.15 am IST: Private dinner hosted by Cameron at Chequers, followed by night halt.

1 pm IST: Meeting between PM Modi and Cameron, following which the Prime Minister will depart from Chequers.

3.45 pm IST: PM to attend UK CEOs forum.

6.15 pm IST: Modi to attend lunch hosted by The Queen.

8.45 pm IST: Arrival of Prime Minister Modi at Wembley Stadium.

10 pm IST: Reception hosted by Indian High Commissioner in London.

3 pm IST: Meeting with Leader of Opposition.
