IIM Ahmedabad Call Out List for PI Round Released on iima.ac.in, How to Check

The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM) has released the call out list for candidates who have registered for the 2024-26 admissions cycle. The institute has provisionally selected candidates for its Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP 2024-26). Aspirants eager to confirm their shortlist status can do so by visiting the official website of IIM Ahmedabad at iima.ac.in.

The verification process requires entering the CAT registration number and email ID used during the application process.

Upcoming stage for shortlisted candidates

Candidates who find their names on the list will now progress to the next stage – the Analytical Writing Test and Personal Interview (AWT-PI). Shortlisted candidates must fill out and submit the interview form by January 10, before 6 pm.

Upon successful submission, candidates will receive email notifications specifying the schedule for their AWT-PI.

Previous Year’s CAT 2023 Cut Off For IIM Ahmedabad

The determination of the IIM Ahmedabad shortlist involves a meticulous assessment of CAT scores and cut-off marks across various categories.

General- For general candidates, the cut-off stands at the 70th percentile in each section – Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA), with an overall cut-off of 80th percentile.

NC-OBC-Transgender- NC-OBC-Transgender candidates require a 65th percentile in each section and an overall 75th percentile.

SC/ST- Meanwhile, SC candidates have a cut-off of the 60th percentile in each section and an overall 70th percentile, and ST candidates have a cut-off of the 50th percentile in each section and an overall 60th percentile.

PwD Category- For candidates falling under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category, the cut-offs align with the SC and ST categories, respectively, based on their general or specific status.

IIM Ahmedabad Selection Criteria 2024

Following the AWT & PI round, IIMA extends admission offers to successful candidates based on a diverse set of attributes, including CAT performance, AWT & PI performance, academic achievements, co-curricular and extra-curricular accomplishments, work experience, and more.

Notably, all selected candidates for the IIMA two-year PGP program must be 19 years of age or older as of June 30, 2024.

Candidates participating in AWT & PI will be able to check their provisional admission status tentatively during the second week of April 2024 by visiting the IIMA website.

Successful candidates will receive their official admission offer letter.
