Apart from its chart-topping success, Bad Guy had clinched the prestigious Grammy Award for Best Record and Song of the Year. Eilish conveyed her affection for her own music while acknowledging that her perception of it evolves over time. She confessed, “I love my own music. It definitely changes and morphs, and with me, it becomes whatever, but I still cringe. I appreciate it though."

The brother-sister duo also shared a lighthearted moment discussing their decision not to incorporate their father’s last name, O’Connell, into their stage name. When Kimmel noted the solid nature of the last name O’Connell, Finneas jokingly responded, “If we had like a potato farm."
