Log into your Epic Games account. You can use a web browser and go to https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal?productName=epicgames&lang=en, or you can log in on your console. Use your email address and Epic Games password to sign in. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password? to have a password reset link emailed to you.
Navigate to the settings page. If you're using a web browser, the link above will take you to the settings page. If you're using a console or gaming platform, you'll most likely need to navigate through your Epic Games account menu to find Settings. If you're having trouble finding settings, you need to open one of your Epic games (e.g., Fortnite) select a game mode, select Options in the lobby, and then select the gear icon to open your settings. Select the silhouette icon to find your account ID.
Locate your Account ID. You'll see this near the top of the screen if you're using a gaming platform, and under the header "Account Info" if you're using a browser. You'll need this identifier if you're ever locked out of your account or hacked and contact Epic Games customer support.
