No casualties have been reported as there was no passenger inside bus and aircraft at the time of accident.
Kolkata: A Jet Airways shuttle bus rammed into a stationary Air India jet at Kolkata airport on Tuesday morning.
The incident took place at 5:30 AM at Netaji Subash Chandra Bose International Airport.
The ATR aircraft which was supposed to fly to Silchar has been badly damaged on the right side.
No casualties have been reported as there was no passenger inside bus and aircraft at the time of accident.
The probable cause of accident is that the driver might have fallen asleep. Thick fog is another possibility of the accident.
The matter is under investigation.
