SANGAREDDY: Medak munsif court judge Masaiah postponed the hearing on TRS MLA T Harish Rao's bail plea to Monday.Police, who kept moving Harish Rao to different places in Nizamabad district till late in the night on Saturday after arresting him on Ramayampet-Akkannapet railway track, produced Rao in the munsif court at 2 a.m.The judge sent him on 13- day remand. Soon police shifted him to Medak government hospital and after the medical examination took him to Medak sub-jail. On Sunday, Harish Rao's advocates presented their arguments (before the judge) with regard to sanctioning of bail to him and 17 other TRS men including Devender Reddy.The judge, who heard the arguments, postponed further hearing to Monday.Advocates believe that all TRS leaders in the jail would get bails on Monday.Harish Rao's advocate Venkateswar said that cases were registered against his client under 120 (b), 353, 117 and 109 of IPC and Railway Acts 150 and 151.
