New Delhi: Three police teams have been sent to Kerala to track down the 76-year old administrator of a leading school in Kodaikanal, who faces charges of sexually harassing a girl student.
A case has been registered against M L Brite, the Correspondent of the school in the hill resort town of Kodaikanal on a complaint from the guardian of the 14-year old student. Brite has been absconding since then but the police have traced a mobile signal that is expected to track down him down.
The girl, staying along with 17 other girls at the house of Brite, which was converted into a hostel, had accused him of sexually harassing her.
Police said the airport police also had been alerted as they suspected Bright could fly abroad.
Police sources said Brite had filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Madras High Court bench here. But court sources said no such petition had been filed till today.
